i see your page on activision patches don't have all the REAL pictures of the patches if you would like me to send you pictures of the all the activision patches except beamriders (i don't have that one) i will send it to you....let me know...

I love this Patch. I love Dolphins. I am very happy that it arrive today.

PS: If AtariAge need the picture, you can use it Alex or Albert.

Hi Rick,

It'd be great to get pictures or scans of all the Activision patches! I didn't realize that most of the ones we have are not images of the actual patches. If you can give us clean and reasonably high-resolution images (so we can put much larger versions of the patches online than we have now) that'd be perfect. You can send them to editor@atariage.com .

That is a cool patch! I think I need to start collecting these patches. Depending on what Rick ends up sending us, we may use that image here on AtariAge. I guess it was due time for the Activision Patches page to get updated!

I have buy it in germany Ebay. I have never found a PAL Dolphin game here, but this Patch. Maybe the this is a PAL Patch and look diffrent.

the one you have looks ALL hand stitched not like the regular patches that are just hand stitched around the ends.... i have one activision patch (starmasters) that is ALL hand stitched it was from a tournament activision held..maybe you have a dolphins tournament patch! (not sure if activision ever had a tournament for dolphin but if they did i bet that was the prize.... anyway neat Patch!

Yes, this is hand stitched. But I have first think all are the same. I have see the pictures on AtariAge and think this are only the pictures from the Manuals.

I not know, if this is from a tournament or not. I have only buy it.

I search now more Patches. Maybe the version this is not hand stitched, the other Dolphin Patch and all Decathlon Patches. Do you have some for sale?

no.. i don't have any extras for sale... i wish i did!!
once in a while i will find a bunch of them.... i know a few peope that have extras (but they want A LOT for them in trade!!) ;( if you want their web site. e-mail me at AT2600COLLECTOR@webtv.net and i will forward their web sites to you...

I will make scans if I get them. I think this are german (PAL) patches and they are all handstiched. But I don't know it so good.

If they look different from the patches given out here in the US, I'd love to see them. I need to update our Activision Patches page later today with images that Rick kindly sent us, and getting some foreign patches in there would be nice as well (if they're different, that is). No rush on them, but now that we've started down the road of adding foreign information to our database, we might as well not hold back.

I can't say for sure, if they from germany (PAL). I have only buy them. I ask the seller where he get them. He told me, that he has buy them on the Atari-Messe in Düsselsdorf.
Can't say if someone has them selfmade, or are the official.

So I think the Dolphin Patch is foreign too. But I never found a PAL Dolphin game from Activision, only from HES as 2 Pak Special.

All handstiched, look better then the US versions.

Thats bad, now I must collect all Patches two times . But they are so rare that I think I try first to get PAL versions and if I not get them, I will try to get the US versions.

Thanks that you not bid more. I have now some great Patches. I will not buy all Patches, only this, where I had the game as kid.
And Decathlon was one of them.

Here my list what I need:
Decathlon - Bronze
Decathlon - Silver
Dolphin - Secret Society of the Dolphins
Enduro, Ice Hockey, Keystone Kapers, Pitfall 1&2, Pressure Cooker and Tennis. And then all they look good for me.

OK, Dolphin and Pitfall 2 had I not as child. But I loved Dolphins and the Patch look great. And Pitfall 2 is a great game.

But my favourites are the german Patches, they look better.

i think (being in the rarity sectin here) that the german patches are way rarer than the us ones. those come in masses at ebay.com for 5$-15$ meanwhile ... maybe activision thought every american would beat a hoghscore

Sorry for you Jah Fish, but I have no doubles yet. And as you say, they are very Rare. I have not seen much at the past. Only this one that I get on Ebay.de. On Ebay.com are more, but they look not so good, so I buy there only the good one (from the games I love).

As I say before, they are hard to find. First I try to get them for my collection. But I remember both of you if I get doubles.
