I just bought a NIB asteroides for the 7800 and it's missing the front label. It also doesnt work! Anyone have any ideas?

Yep, brand new in box, it had no front label and it doesnt work. Maybe it didn't pass QA so no label was put on it.. but it got packed and shipped by accident?
