Well, the PSP version is in development, and it'll probably be the only reason to buy that future white elephant . . .
I know it'll include some different HB stuff, as per Ken Love's post (Hhhhmmm . . . Maybe the XYPE stuff, Qb, or Homestar RPG?), and probably some Imagic stuff . . .
We don't need the unfinished protos.
Although Kabobber and Thwocker are pretty damn cool, they don't really have the nostalgia factor, since they were never released either.
Space Treat is the only HB in the current set I care for all that much, actually.
Heck, are Laser Blast, Bridge, and Checkers all that necessary?
What I would include:
The original titles that I didn't suggest dropping above.
Qb, Thrust, Gunfight, Jammed, Laserresal, and Homestar Runner RPG.
The Salu puzzle games.
Heck, maybe they could swing a deal with whoever owns the rights to the Epyx stuff and put the "Games" games, Mindmaster, CMFOS, and Dragonstomper on it.
And finally, convince whichever Kitchen owns the Keystone Kapers II proto to let it be on there.
Or just do a 5200/CV/C64 compo with Zenji, Dreadnaught Factor, Rock 'n Bolt, LCP, Master of the Lamps, etc . . .
I'd buy that. I wouldn't buy one just to play the old games online, since there aren't many simultaneous two-player Acti games that'd be fun, besides Boxing and Ice Hockey.
