I'm trying to find info on a game or similar games I used to play long ago. It was one of those EM machines probably made in the early to mid 70's I'm guessing. I recall playing these in game rooms along side Space Invaders and Sea Wolf. It had a diorama of a cityscape scene built inside and items were painted with day-glo paints. It's theme was UFO's/space invasion/War of the Worlds. When you deposited a quarter, the black light inside would turn on and the soundtrack would start playing. It had a mounted gun like an Exidy Crossbow machine to shoot at the UFO's. Does anyone know of any names of a game or games that fit this description? Thanks for reading this.

Sounds like Invaders From Outerspace.

It could be it. I don't remember what the cab looked like. It did have a diorama like that with aliens that would come up over the horizon. There may have been other very similar games. I seem to recall it having a gun you aimed instead of a joystick. I think the diorama looked more like a model train layout-type buildings, like Lionel Plasticville type stuff instead of flat cutouts.
