Assuming that your cab has the correct controls to play this game then yes.

great thanks!

on my cabinet, it has 6 buttons and the DD game uses 2 buttons - will the board just assign the 2 main buttons to play?

thanks!

Yes it will work. As for controlls. Joystick pins will be the same, as for the 2 punch/kick buttons, it depends on what game they were set up for, it might be the first 2 buttons, that is how I set it up on my system. What game is it, if it is a Mortal Kombat, It will be the first 2(high punch/high kick), if it is Time Killers, it will be totally messed up. If it is a Street Fighter-Don't remember. You have about a 95% chance it will be just fine. :)

Double Dragon uses three buttons. You'll have to experiment to figure out which buttons work.

Does your machine have two joystick/button layouts?

Yes for 2 players, if that's what you mean - umm here's what it looks like:

The only problem I've had with swapping jamma boards is that none of my cabs seem to have start buttons and I can't start a new game on some boards, but it looks like you have that covered.
