I know Sigma and I's online magazine is going to have humble beginnings, but will using the fuji logo on our Atari pages warrant C&D? I really wouldn't think so, but just in case, they've been nothing but Atari Nazi's latley.

It is a fact that Infogrames are French.

I believe that as long as you mark all uses of trademarks with an (*) pointing to a disclaimer to clearly indicate that the Fuji and such what not are registered trademarks of Infogrames, and they are in no way associated with your magazine, then you can use them in your magazine. I am not a lawyer, so don't sue me if I am wrong.
