For 2600? The guys at DP have a copy but it's not complete (most likely bit rot). Apart from that, don't know of any other copy.

Any screenshots of the game in action? How much of it worked? Usually a game with bit rot doesn't work outright or is VERY glitchy.
It's a shame that a one of a kind proto may be dead. Hopefully there's more than one out there...
