Has anyone heard of the status of this interesting port? I've always wanted to see Tempest on the Lynx. :)

Actually I think this is doable. If only I were independently wealthy and didn't have to work for a living.

Where'd you hear this Dave? I'd be interested in seeing some screens (even if they're only mock-ups.)

Well. the tempest clone is called OuRaGaN, the project website is here :
http://lynx.nymphodu...u=20&lnk_item=4

You can download the only public work in progress release. It's one year old and you shouldn't expect anymore release soon as it's autor postponed it undefinetely (lack of time).

Does anyone still have a copy of this OuRaGaN Tempest clone? All the links from years ago are dead and couldn't even find it with Google. I'd really like to play it and even found the screenshot, but no demo. Hoping one of you still have it on your hard drive from many years ago. Thanks in advance... - D

The post from the link is from Nov 2004 - chances are that's the reason the link does not work. Unfortunate as a Tempest clone for the Lynx would be awesome!

Yeah, I kind of figured that the 2004 links were dead after seven years. That's why I was hoping to find someone that actually had this in their rom collection and wouldn't mind sharing. Keep lookin guys, I really appreciate everyone's help. Thanks! - Daryl

If anyone had it... I thought Rygar would. It is not on his site though.
I looked around and could not find much on the internet
Has anyone tried to send an email to the guy that was making it? Worth a shot
