Level 99!!! Finally did it stayed at level 99 for ten minutes before a nicotine fit caused me to stop

just open the pic in MSPaint, go to sketch.skew and reduce by about 75% on the horizontal and vertical. that will help.
Oh boy, you do realize it will take about 4 hours to roll the score, better keep a carton on hand.

Um, no. I made it to 99 as well (and before you, ahem). I have yet to roll the score, though. I guess I'll need to dig out my patterns and go after it.
I'm still waiting on a new Gemstik, but I'll make my Slik Stik work if I have to...
