Theres a new piece of equipment out there called the XGameStation Micro Edition. It's a computer board designed to help complete newbies become at least educated in how Atari's and other 6502 chips work. It comes with an eBook on CD, Programming the SX Microcontroller - 1st Ed book (physical), an Atari 2600 compatible joystick, the board (duh!), RCA jacks, board to screen wires, and an RC adapter. It's only $200. I know, sounds pricey, but before it was $300! I'm getting it. I'm too lazy to learn how from my dad, who is an engineer. There's no doubt about it, he helps, but I'd rather get this which I can always refer to rather than my dad.
