Sorry if this sound like a weird question. :P

I got two colecovision consoles and I need to get rid of one of them.

Which one will last me longer in your opinion? I know the power switch is the main issue for colecovision.

One of the coleco have a very smooth power switch and the other is much harder.

So is harder better than smooth?

I've found that stiff CV power switches are usually the result of somebody opening the case and then when reassembling, screwing it back together too tight. Loosen the middle front screw and it'll be loose too. The switches just need to be cleaned when they are a problem, it's not hard to do. I don't know that you can tell if one is better than the other by "stiffness."

I'd keep both though, spare parts is always a good thing on old equipment.

Maybe I will keep both but I need the money. Both work great so it's hard to pick. Thanks.
