I just received the new mailer from Best buy and in the video game section I see that they have remade E.T. for the game cube. After how badly it did on the 2600 I wonder how it will do now. Has anyone bought it, or played it yet, if so how did you like it.

Did they remake ET for the playstation?, I didn't know that. Did you play it Lemmi?.

I think they did, i remember looking thought the PS1 games at toys R us and i swear i saw it, nope i never played it, i might have got it, if it was like $10 but i think i remember a price of $30, this was around X-mas time so my mind is a bit fuzzy

Well yes they did make a ET for PS1 i just found it listed in the Cheat codes take a look

I just took a look at the Best Buy ad in our Sunday paper, but there is no mention of the GameCube at all. The only console that gets any mention is the PS2. I was going to scan the page and put it online.

I think they were making ET games for the GBA, PS1, and GC. There may be more, I'm not sure.

I also saw E.T. for Gameboy Color in the store. From the back of the box, it seems a lot like the 2600 version with better graphics.

At funcoland ET for PS1(new) is $29.99 still, it came out for the 20th anniversary of the movie (thats what it said on the back)

You guy's are right, when I looked at the ad again, E.T. is going to be on Game boy advanced and not on the game cube. (Sorry).
