What do you think is a fair price for a working NTSC 7800?
Maybe I can get one from ebay.
I have 4 PAL devices but no NTSC :(

Somewhere in teh $30 US dollars +/- price range. plus shipping, you might be looking at $45 to $50, since you're not in the US.
