It was released. It is a standalone machine, usually sells for over $200 on ebay. The graphics look like the atari 2600 for the most part, as it is rather old technology.

hmmm.. not that I know of. I dont know much about the hardware end of this thing; it really depends on what kind of hardware it uses to determine if it even is dumpable. Maybe some of the hardware guys around here might know.. but im clueless.

I don't think it uses a CPU and ROM. I think it is a custom all-in-one chip like all the Atari dedicated home games (Pong, Video Pinball, etc...) which were like miniaturizations of no-CPU TTL-based arcade games.
