What kind of direspectful son of a! That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen. I might bid on it just to destroy it.

Well so far 82 have looked at it...But no bids. It almost is stupid enough to be one of those joke auctions. I hope no one bids on it!

No, I don't think it's one of those joke auctions. If you look at the seller's other auctions, you'll see that he/she has a ton of other bizarre pins up for auction.

Is that supposed to be funny because it doesn't even make sense, I mean if it was a palindrome it would make some sense but Atari backwards is iratA...

There was a wizard of wor pin for sale on ebay on the 12th of march. I had never seen one before and it said that if you reach a high score (I don't remember how high)then all you had to take a picture of the screen and send it in to CBS like you would for a Activision patch. I tried to win it by biding up to $45.00 but it ended up selling for about $74.00.

Yes, this pin seems to be a homemade or something. It's pretty lame, I bet I could make a better pin than that. At least, I hope, it would be funny. This is just lame.

I agree - this pin is stupid and I can't believe someone actually took the time to conceive it and then make it.

On the subject of stupid pins, I was at an auction a few years ago (a guy who had a HUGE science fiction collection died and I think he didn't have a will so the government was selling all his science fiction stuff - it took 2 whole days and filled a big warehouse).

Anyway, so I was at this auction and people were bidding ridiculous amounts of money on everything so I couldn't win anything (like a real-life version of eBay) - so when the auctioneer says "the next lot is 1 ET badge/pin" I thought 'damn it, I'm not going home empty handed, I'm going to win this' and I won it for like $2.00.

The problem was when I looked at it closely it actually said "ET - the extra testicle".

I hope someone doesn't have a similarly painful experience with this 'Atari' badge.

That is hilarious! It's a good thing you didn't spend more on it.
