Is there any Atari 8bit game which use driving controller?

The Driving controller which came with Indy 500 on the VCS 2600?

AFAIK no 800 system games used them.

Visually near identical to paddles, but free rotating. Fairly sure they use a changing 2 bit sequence, similar to the ST/Amiga mouse.
