Can anyone identify this power supply?

Does anyone know what this power supply was for, or what it will work with? Will it work with a 1050?

Probably OK. I just checked mine (Australian, for 1050).

It's 8.5 V AC, 4.2 amps.

Yes 1050, XF551, 800, 400, etc.

Looks like it will work on the following. . .. . 1050, XF551, 800, & 400

I have that exact box inside my 1050 box. It fits perfectly. I assume that you have already tried to use it.
