http://www.cgexpo.com/CGE Services has announced the dates for next year's Classic Gaming Expo, to be held on August 10th and 11th at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas. They're promising a bigger and better show than ever, with 2002 marking the 30th anniversary of Atari, the 20th anniversary of the Vectrex and CGE's 5th anniversary. We expect several unreleased titles to make an appearance, and odds are good that another batch of homebrew titles will debut at the show. Please visit the Classic Gaming Expo website for more information and updates.

I have decided that I will go.
Anyone want to go with me?
I will fly (since I am in Florida), but I would be happy to meet up with anyone else planning to go (no, really). I might bring my Godson, but he only likes to play the gamecube... (I say, "Ahijado, did you come to visit me or Luigi's Mansion?")

I am seriously thinking of attending this year. If only I can convince the wife it would boost my sex drive.

Heh, if I don't take him, I'll have to take my Goddaughter or (shudder) one of the younger ones! ACK! Maybe I can pretend it is a boring business trip. That won't work though, they always want to go on them too.

Convincing my wife to go to Vegas-Very Easy
Convincing my wife to let me or go with to the the expo-Pretty easy.
Convicing my wife to go to Vegas when in the summer when the temp outside is probably close to 100?? may be tough. Yah I know the hotels and casinos have A/C.
We just remember a couple of years ago we went to Phoenix in late September and we got off the plane and it was over 100.
I like warm weather (I've got 8 inches of snow on the driveway this morning)but over 100 is just to much of us. But it's dry heat people always say, yah buts it's still 100.
I want to go and the sad part is we are planing on going to vegas next fall-late September. I'm still trying to convince her to go in august.
If I don't make it to those who do have fun.

I hate the heat. It has been in the mid 80s all week here! It's funny, I have the car radio playing Christmas songs and I still need the AC on!
