...and no new "lost prototype" from Kenfused? :sad: That said, Beef Drop and Frogger were certainly hard acts to follow. Ah, well.

The "Turbo prototype hoax" was good. Too bad nothing more was done other than that demo.

When you expect someone to try to fool you, you won't be fooled. So this year, the joke must be that there is no joke.

Either that, or the AA sale is the joke (albeit a cruel one...)

Since everyone expects it now, there's no reason to post one anymore (except for the sheer entertainment value... but in that case it had better be funny).

I'd rather have no Aprils Fool's joke, than a lame one.

I am getting sick of the false news on this day year after year online.
Yeah, it's gotten a bit overboard on some sites (like Slashdot). There was a time where April Fool's hoaxes were more subtle and not so "in your face". I think April Fool's has thus lost a bit of its charm. Not sure everyone here saw this one that we did a while back, as it's not linked anywhere on the site:
