360: Oblivion 98% of the time right now. 
After that:
360: GRAW, BF2, Live arcade (Robotron, Joust, SmashTV, Mutant Storm RL), Fight Night 3
And since the 360 is the only "nextgen" system that you can actually play at the moment
, I'll also throw in:
DS: Brain Age, AoE, Advance Wars DS
PSP: GTA LC
and since my PC is nextgen
PC: Quake 4, FEAR, CS:S, CIV 4
After that:

Well for me its Tomb Raider on the 360
I still like boys toys have psp and ds and looking forward to a PS3 but more than all looking forward to Nintendo's next offering. They claim to be going back to basic with games and this is needed to many games today require you to think!!!!! Games should be something you can just pick up and play without have a novel as the instruction book.
