Atari never made a cart of that game. Somebody just put it on a cart and made an Atari label for it. I don't know if the game is any good or not. Never played it. You can try it from the site above.

I've played the disk version. The game isn't large enough to require packaging
in an XE cart. The game is sorta fun, I remember going quite far, but don't
recall deafeating it all the way through. It is similar to Cohen's Towers, and is
probably made by the same company.

Of course, I think I know the constructor so it´s a selfmade prototype.
The cartridge type is "switchable XEG´s". If you want to learn more about the cart.types look at the help page from the Atari800Win PLus Emulator.

sorry but today I don´t offer my homebrews cartridge. I spend many times and hollidays - 3 years! - to create this switchable cartridge. Here you can see it:
