Got one comin' in the mail. The cart looks similar to the one on AtariProtos.com, except the end label is a little different and doesn't have the pink stripe with the two little arrows on the bottom. It would be cool if the gameplay was a little different.

Don't worry about the label difference. All that means is that they had a different brand of file label laying around the office that day. As for gameplay differences, good luck. Of the 30+ Activision prototypes I've examined only 1 has had different gameplay (Laserblast). There are WIP versions of Activision games out there, but I've never seen the protos those came from. Activision was really tight with their beta versions (sort of like Nintendo is today).

Same cart. Got it for a little cheaper after negotiating with the seller and giving him a link to atariprotos.com to show him that another existed. I'll keep you guys updated when the cart arrives, keep your fingers crossed for me that is has something different (making my purchase worthwhile aside from a super rare label variant).
