You can download the videos from Youtube if you do this:

1. Copy the link to the video from Youtube.

2. Go here:

http://keepvid.com/

3. Paste the Youtube link into that site, choose Youtube from the list, and click the download button. You have to wait a minute or two after this.

4. When the gray download screen says "Download Link", just do what it says. Remeber to change the file extension to .flv .

5. Use a flv player to watch. This is a good one:

There's a guide at videohelp.com about how to use one program to convert the flv file to mpeg too.

And if you use Firefox there's a snazzy extension called Video Downloader that lets you grab videos from YouTube, etc:

DUDE! I've wanted to see that Vanguard commercial again for ages!

Who destroys the Gond?

Luther destroys the Gond!

HUUHUUHUU!!!

I so want a .wav of that for my shutdown sound.

The Nintendo Adventures Of Link commercial is way crazy, too.

My GAWD, I'd never seen those Joust and Pole Position commercials before. What the HELL were those guys huffing? The Pole Position one's ok, kinda Monty Pythonish with the giant hand coming from the sky, so I can sorta see where they got the idea for that, but what is up with the Joust commercial? I mean...damn.

The Centipede one isn't quite as bad, though. Sure, they were on something at the time, but it looks like the saved the good stuff for that Joust commercial!

Yeah, and you gotta love his reaction to the line, too. "Well, I am an executive!" totally straightfaced. Lol!

Those Alan Alda Atari XL commercials must have played 50,000,000 times a day when they aired. I can't believe that there is only one on google vid.
He sure makes owning a new "sacary" computer reassuring doesn't he. :D

I didn't see this one above, so I've uploaded another Centipede 5200 commercial. This one is "Club Centipede":

For some reason youtube cut off the last 2 seconds when they converted it.

Atariboy: feel free to move that into the top post if you want.
