Zero - you should give a bonus point for anyone that gets more than 99K - anyone know what happens to the score at that point?

Ok, I'm starting to get in the groove now. I know I've got a long way to go to catch up to the really high scores, but I'll boost my score tomorrow.

wasnt able to beat my high score this week....but i did tie it...all my deaths happen on levels 2 and 3.

My High Score 9,150.

AGH!!! This is my first time trying the High Score page.
I pick and get "GORF",
I played it about 6-8 times and my highest score is my "FIRST" try, what?!
Wasn't fully in the zone at all, yet I scored best that way
It's that 3rd level.. with the ships flying in circles.. gets me everytime,
even when I think I know the pattern.
A decent game, but not my best one. Builds my nerves a lot.

My best level besides 4, is either 1 (space invaders) or 2.. with the YELLOW laser attack.

Nothin, like a GORF morning. I lost my last ship from the space invader level. I was tired... I was hit early, I wasn't taken over.

Rom hunter drove me to it. He makes me better at VCS games by providiny competition. and to me the game is a bit easy, you only die through mistakes in moving or predicting, not because the game is hard.
The invaders really dont get any harder after thr 4th - 5th time around, laser atack dosnt really change, bomber things get faster but if you move your ship to the left a littl and watch the way the bombers come out you always will know when to fire to hit it when it comes around. the motherships missiles get faster and faster though and if you dont one hit kill it the odds of you bieng killed increase rapidly when you get as far as me and hunter have.

WOw i won. Proves that a young man + determination + competition + VCS = Success! i must be dreaming. i died and gone to gorf heaven. ( or is it hell?)

NICE... I'd call it Gorf heaven cause you "won".
And if you're in Gorf hell you can say you're the King there.

Well, I tried 3 more times, here's my best score... 13,900

I'm happy how I did, I did better then my 11,000
but I am a little dissapointed that I lost 2-3 lives (at the very end!) because that 4th stage with
the big mamma ship... shot me down before I could finish the attack.
Ship hit me while I was in mid-fire.
I don't recall ever getting off easy on this level like in tries before.
This time, I had to shoot many times! No 1 shooters. (shame)

FACT = 1 - I didn't lose one life on stage 2, or 3 even. All from 1 & 4
FACT = 2 - First time I was awarded a free life, at the start of stage 2! (Of that I noticed)
FACT = 3 - This is my first try at the High scores, it's fun.
FACT/OPINION = 1 - I consider stages 1 and 4 the hardest for me.
FACT/OPINION = 2 - This is a great game for a High Score Challenge.
