Yep,

So how many hours have you spent on Zelda so far? Myself minus the time the system spends paused (as it still runs the clock when your paused which is stupid) I'm at about 30ish hours. I do spend alot of time making sure to get everything, or as much as possible as I want to enjoy the game to the max as when I beat it I doubt Iwould play it agian for a long ass time even though it's the best Zelda ever. I've just got the ability to warp at will (vauge enough not to be a spoiler) and that is where I'm at from my 30 hours with alot of just screwing around in the game to try and find stuff. I've got 8 hearts so far and I know where enough other peices are I could be at 9 hearts in about 20 mins if I really wanted. This game is the crack and the Wii is the pipe I'm telling ya. :lust:

I have played about 60 hours. I'm very near to the 5th dungeon. I've explored a little and I suck, but damn, it's very good!

I've finished Wii Zelda as of a couple days ago. Total time 64 hours.

Now if I play it, it's to do side quests....

So I take it you didn't bother with the bugs or the poes?

Ironically I got caught up in VC games, Metal Slug Anthology, Super Monkey Ball et cetera so I've probably logged less than 10. Now that I've got my free player's guide and soundtrack from Nintendo Power (gifts for re-upping my subscription) I'll probably jump right back in.

took me about 40 hours to beat without doing any side quests. Now I'm at 50 hours still trying to complete all the quests.

I hit about 50 hours, got all the bugs, missing very few poes, got all the hearts. And there are like one or 2 mini things to do like fishing :)

Wow, 30 to 60 hours seems to be a common response. This is a little off topic but I've been debating buying this game when I get a Wii but I really only have about 2 or 3 hours a week to game lately, do you guys think I will still enjoy this game or should I wait until I have more time to dedicate to it. Would 3 hours a week be enough time to be envolved in it or does it really take a LOT of time to get started and actually start to be a fun game and not a tutorial? (I've noticed a lot of newer games can be like that, not saying this one is) Just a few questions I had that I didn't think were worth starting a whole new thread, Thanks guys :)

52 hours as of my last save.

I am in the last dungeon now.
(Or I think I am.)

I have most poes, but only half of the bugs.

Well i try and get some time in on it every evening and think I have done 15 hours so far. Loving every minute of it, so enchantingly nice and pleasant!

Reminds me of Ico in a way with the love and attention thats been put into it.

I have very limited time to play as well (about 7 hours and I got it on Christmas) family and such seems to leave me very little time. With that being said it is a spectacular game and I am so glad I got it. The only problem will be you wishing you had more time to play it.

Yeah I am always wishing I had time to play Zelda. It's a fantastic game to be sure and not enough can be said about the quality of gaming burned onto that little disc. The only thing I find is that id I don't have at least an hour and a half to play in one sitting I usually don't go for Zelda, as I find playing in short bursts doesn't work well for the game.
So far though I've put in about 45 hours. No telling how close I am to the end, but maybe the third to last temple? In contrast my cousin finished it in about 30 hours total, but he's not the type to explore around, talk to NPCs several times, go everywhere as a human and wolf like I am. Once I finish I will play through the Cube version and possibly use the guide I bought to get try to get everything in the game. I'm guessing that would be a slightly shorter experience

28 hours in, just got to the Yeti's house in Snowpeak. I've done a little bit of side stuff (i.e. got a few extra hearts), but not lots. I just love it the game - absolutely A+ quality.

I'm going to give this game a shot, everyone says it's awesome so I'll just try and find more time :)

I'm at an hour and a half (I bought the GC version last night). It took me most of that time to figure out the beginning puzzle (the cat/cradle/monkey/bees stuff); not because the puzzle was hard, but because I kept looking for solutions much more complex than the real ones. I have to say, this game starts off real slow. I'm currently playing through OoT on the Cube too (never played it before on the 64 or Cube), and I found OoT started much more quickly. I honestly don't know which one I'll play tonight. I'm thinking of alternating them.

Took me 55 hours total to finish.

Great great game.

Maybe the best Zelda yet.

I own the game but not a Wii to play it on. :(

Not that I have time to even think about playing Zelda, but I can still whine about not having a Wii!

I haven't managed to find a Wii in stock anywhere in my casual looking since the launch. (By contrast, I've been into/by both a Best Buy and an EB Games that had signs at the front literally SCREAMING that they had PS3 systems in stock. Interesting...)

I've also somehow resisted the temptation to buy the GameCube version of this Zelda game. Holding out for that Wii.

Last night I found some video captures of Twilight Princess on YouTube, of someone demonstrating various glitch techniques and such. The overwhelming impression I came away with, much to my surprise was... UGH. The environments look horribly rendered. PS1-era type graphics.

It isn't REALLY that bad is it? It can't be! I've seen reviews saying the graphics are great but... man, from those YouTube videos, it looks pretty hideous.
