Dave Kaplish was the guy who screwed me, i sent it back to get it fixed due to the shitty D-pad installation, i also had another portable he made that i bought off of Jason Smith. Once i sent the portable he stopped responding. I did get all but $40 or $80 back with an insurance claim so at least i didnt loose everything. Still the guy is a scammer. He lived in California.

Lots of games were finished completely and lost, Ishar 3, Highlander 2 , Highlander 3, Kid Grid , Country Grid, Tinhead, Creature Shock, and many others.. The demo was shown of Phear so i'm sure it was atleast somewhat completed. Nintendo would have seen what they were paying for. Truth is the ROM is most likely buried for legal reasons.

@ CyranoJ - The Superfly DX Dual Format Special Edition 001/005 i won off ebay long ago from "sh3-rg" for more than the $99 starting bid i paid for it, so how can you say i'm selling it for "multiples" more than what i paid for it?? How much did you guys make off me when i bought Superfly DX again?? In fact i bought several copies supporting your release, yet if i make a few bucks its the end of the world... You want your prices to always stay the same then make them always available if you want to control the market for your games forever.

I actually made that offer to produce your Beebris cartridges as a friend,not about making money, but the first thing that comes to your mind is somebody might resell it!!! If there was enough interest in a cart version of Beebris and permission was granted im sure Team Jaguar could do the release. "JAGUAR RULES!"

Im working on getting my 6th Atari Jaguar kiosk currently. Id want the kiosk and im not bothered about the other stuff, but its so far away and the guy doesn't communicate well. :/
