I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. All Chuck Norris/Artillery Duel carts are like this? All Artillery Duel games are like this? It doesn't work, but that's just the way it is? Forgive my confusion, but maybe you can clarity this a bit.

Due to shoddy QA, XONOX put PAL PCB's into a lot of the double enders, specifically A.D. and they have more scanlines, not less. Since your TV can't sync to that, it rolls.

Trust me, I've probably cracked open 100+ of these and the epoxy blob style PCB's actually have NTSC or PAL on the silkscreen (on the back of the PCB). ;)
