-I have considered a mortgage for a NIB Falcon but only @ teaser rates.
-Atari does affect my sex life, positively if I win an auction.
-Even a dog once got me a piece of Atari gear for Christmas! (2007)

Turn on:
-The warm glow of the power LED in any xl system or Maria Sharapova.
Turn off:
-The Amiga deal or a creaking 130xe case or Paris Hilton. Great if I need stamina!

About me? Hrrrm...

OK... All of the silliness aside, I grew up with Atari. While it was rare to find anything other than a 2600/7800 and maybe a 600 or 800xl in my region I was glued to the computer magazines at the time.
My most defining moment of my addiction was when I saw the Midimate / Miditrack 3 ad in one of the computing magazines as a musical computer nerd child. It was impossible to get here, taboo, and I knew that I would absolutely have to have one some day. So began my quest for more gear over the years with Atari releasing more and more, yet only available everywhere but here. Finally, when Ebay came on the scene, I started actively seeking the formerly impossible. 16 banker's boxes, 8 plastic storage bins later -here I am, with many of you.

To sustain this wondrous adventure and pay the bills I'm involved in the engineering, exploration and technology sectors and occasionally music and radio industries all in a rather chaotic/odd sort of way.
