Been using my Atari 130XE for many years! Just released a platform game 'Gorilla Warfare', previously created "Gwobby's Adventure" with the aid of my god-children... which I am very pleased with download/play from http://www.freewebs.com/gwobby. Download my other games (good and bad) from the site's "Kendallsoft Klassics Tab".

Having great fun playing in the 8-bit High-Score contest; if you haven't played for a while join in! I need some competition :D

If anyone can help with this Pole Position Fix Required would be much appreciated

If anyone has a bunch of the American Atari magazines Antic or A.n.a.l.o.g or any of the 'Compute' books I would be interested in (buying) them.

Have fun!

Atari 8-bit gaming - Check out the Gwobby website http://www.freewebs.com/gwobby and play the latest versions of * Gwobby's Adventure * MITE * Car Crash * Gwobby JR * Trolley Trouble * Flikin Football * and some of my other games from years past.

Mainly gaming, still downloading tons of games to play on real hardware using APE. It's getting harder to find many classics but there are a few gems which make it fun.

Current A8 projects:

Recently finished programming a new platform game "Gorilla Warfare", added a 4th level and made it look and sound a bit nicer. Entered into the abbuc software contest and came 6th err out of 6 but I am pleased with it! Revently voted 18th best game of 2009 by www.atarionline.pl :-)

2010 - Now into trying (again) to learn player missile graphics (PMGs) as I now have the superb "Atari PMGs in BASIC" (by Philip C Seyer) book printed out and looks like it makes sense. Making good progress and working on my new game, it's a "shoot 'em plat" really struggling with free memory in Turbo-basic but it's going quite well. Need to structure the levels and fix a few bugs and more work using Envsion to design character graphics.

Thinking of other threads to update the AtariFAQ e.g. 4 player games - Done, 2 player simultaneous - Done, tracker-ball, light-gun games.

Might do some reviews and top 10s for other game groups:
Tetris Games
Basic Games
etc

Was plowing through the 40~ paddle games and intending to report back to AtariAge with some sort of review.
