Fairchild Channel F help

I recently acquired a Fairchild Channel F system and have a slight issue with the right controller. Apparently the up direction doesn't work. These bastards are hardwired in. 
I took the controller apart to see if I could see any obvious issues and nothing looked obvious. The up contact was making a solid connection when pressed, and I tested it with a multimeter - all ok at the contact. I suspect a broken wire.
Anybody have a spare (working) Channel F controller they wanna sell me? lol
Any advice on how to repair this thing?

Tele-Games Race bundle rarity? (pics)

Just got this sweet Sears Tele-Games Race bundle: big box, 2 driving controllers, inner game box that flips open like an Intellivision box instead of a standard Atari box, with text label cart and manual.
Is this the only way it came, with the 2 controller bundle? Or was the game available separate?
What kind of rarity level are we talking with this package, if any?

Just came across a sweet copy of Othello, CIB. The thing is, it's an all white box with black text. See pic attached.
Is this particularly rare? Or does it have the same value as the green box version?
