On further inspection, it looks like it was taken from an MVS and then re-fitted to work on a MAME cabinet.

Found a Neo Geo MVS arcade cabinet sitting on the side of the road by my aunt's house but it was completely gutted except for this!! The white around the graphical overlay is just condensation from being taken from 20 degrees to 80+ in a couple of seconds.

When I just started collecting I snagged a Sega Nomad for $7 at a garage sale. Looked it up on ebay and at the time they were going for $100+.

Still crazy to see such a powerful card stuck inside a dell dimension. This guy had a crazy setup going on in there. Two 3.2GB hard drives, 64mb SDRAM, Soundblaster FX hooked up to a CD-RW, a tape drive and even some sort of PCI ram expansion.
