Ever since I got a BloodStorm cab, I've wanted another cab to dedicate to MAME. Well, after the hell I went through to get that 350 lb beast to my basement, there was no way I was going to get another cab. So, I've decided to make a cocktail "Frankenstein" cab, made of old scraps and various stuff.. I have to hand build it due to the fact that the only local dealer is 100+ miles away and is a total asshole. So, here is my progress so far:

This is the first pic, the main chunk of the Frankenstein cab is an old desk that I got at a garage sale. I've cut a hole in the center for the screen, but there is no type of harness to hold the screen yet.

A harness has been installed for the monitor, and the speakers have been installed.

The button portion of the control panel is finished, 4 "fire" buttons, 1 credit button, and 1 start button.

In the end, I intend on adding various odds and ends, such as LED's and overlay's. I dont know when I will post pics of more progress, I'm really lazy

Computer: Free (salvaged)
Control panel wood: Free (salvaged)

Total so far: $17
