While growing up I originally owned (in order):
1. Intellivision
2. Colecovision
3. Atari 800
4. Colecovision Exp Mod #1
5. Apple //c (sold it to buy...)
6. Apple //e (bought used, turns out it was stolen--cops confiscated)
7. Apple IIgs (parents helped buy this one after devastating news of above)
8. Sega Genesis
9. SNES
10. 1st IBM clone
11. Playstation
12. Nintendo Wii
Then started classic gaming collecting...
Vectrex, 3DO, Sega 32x, Sega CD, Sega Master System (w/3D), Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, TI-99, TurboGrafx CD, Xavix, Intellivision II, CDi, Atari Jaguar, Atari 5200, Atari 2600, Odyssey 2, Nintendo 64, NES, Nintendo Super Famicom, Virtual Boy, Game Cube, Timex Sinclair 1000, Bally Astrocade, Commodore 64, Apple //e, Apple //c
Can proudly say I have never owned nor will want to own (but who knows?)...
Xbox, Xbox 360, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Atari 400
Still looking for...
Atari 7800 (0-2 with this guy, not real happy about that), Acorn Electron (going Euro), Entex Adventurevision (I can dream)
Favorite System: Intellivision
Least Favorite: NES
I don't have super rare games. I feel that if I am going to spend big bux, I want to spend them on a console. However, I have most of the systems (I am not really into buying all the different models of a same system), so I might start filtering money into rarer games.
