Stuff for sale/free

Wed Apr 18, 2012 12:26 AM

Just posted a bunch of stuff over in the Marketplace forum for sale, and some freebies (just pay shipping). I really need to slim down my collection and I just bought another lot of stuff last weekend... kept the stuff I needed and passing the rest on.

I also have a pretty good selection of Compute! books, but I'm unsure what to do with them... I will need to sell them, but I don't know really what they are worth, so I was thinking eBay and let the market decide. The pictures are roughly how I thought I'd split the lots up.

The collection that I bought was mainly programming stuff and magazine disks (copies mainly), but there was some original software that I imaged. TeleTari and The Bookkeeper being two notable ones that don't seem to be on Atarimania. Interestingly, The Bookkeeper (from 1982) has copy protection (sector 365 is missing from two of the disks-and is checked for during boot). There is some interesting other stuff that I found, for instance a program called XL2 by a local (to me) Atari guy, John K. Picken. I never heard of this software before, but it's like the snapshot software that Tom Hunt created and allows you to have two complete computer images running at the same time and you can switch between them.

Atari 8-bit items for sale

Wed Apr 18, 2012 12:07 AM

I have to slim down my collection due to space limitations. Here's what I have for sale, and there's a few things I'm giving away for free (just pay shipping). If you are interested in any of the items, please let me know via PM, and we can figure out shipping to your location. Preferred method of payment is via PayPal. I'm in Canada, so shipping to the US can be a bit pricey... shipping within Canada is cheaper of course.

All items have been fully tested to the best of my ability and are working, unless otherwise noted.
