I'm an Atari 2600 developer in training. There are several games I plan on creating for Atari 2600, the first of which will be a collection of 4 games about a tree, called
Willow.
Willow will be a collection of 4 games about 4 stages in the life of a willow tree. Ultimately, the game's aim to compare the life of said tree to the average human being's life, through the interaction of the tree with its environment. Each one of the games will have a meaning that that will be stated in a mini-flip book with the game upon its completion. I plan to release
Willow for the Atari 2600 on a cartridge, as well as on PC and Xbox 360 through a custom emulator done in C# using XNA Game Studio.
In the end, I may be aiming higher than I should be, but that's part of the learning process, and part of what
Willow aims to capture.
I have a mock website set up
here.
