  1. Well, for starters you can make it right with everyone on the net that you have items that you still need to send or never did sned, by sending them a refund as well..... This thread was made, because you said you would give me a refund by Friday....... Thus be the second time you have not shipped me something in the last 2 months......I felt your plead to refund me was a waste of time... Based on your past history.....2 months is not history.....maybe to some..like an ant who only lives a couple seasons.....but now that it is Saturday and there is still no refund..your words to me are bullshit... Thank you and stop bumping your complaint thread.... If your first item shows up, I WILL PAY YOU THE AMOUNT BACK IN FULL if it was post dated when you said you shipped it! If your second item shows up after you finally give me a refund I WILL PAY YOU THE AMOUNT BACK IN FULL.....hell, I will even give you an extra $10 for each item...and a public apology thread will be started and I will Leave AA for good......that's $20 additional bucks and a public apology. Stop wasting my time and make things happen! Also....pay everyone else $2 for wasting their time! No, that's not what I said. I said wait until Friday and I would refund your money if the games didn't arrive by then. I have the PM in front of me. Learn to read. When someone wants a refund, it's better to just do it rather than have a drawn out stalemate. A month or longer to arrive seems to justify a refund, and I'll normally oblige. I enjoy selling things that I don't use or things that I find at flea markets and garage sales to fund my own projects/hobbies, but what you're saying would be contradictory to that goal. So, why would I do it? Have you ever thought of that? There's no reason why I would lie and lose money and/or face over something like this. All this yappin' son and still no refund? Seriously? I asked a pertinent question and you can't answer it. Just more of your bullshit. I'm planning on refunding your money tonight. I'm done with this thread. Have a good day.

  3. When I go to the post office and I ship stuff to Canada I MUST FILL OUT a customs form. Do you not have to do this in Canada...Can you just drop anything in the mail and ship it over the boarder without tracking? I'm not really sure why you are not disputing the fact that you still havnt shipped the first item I purchased almost 2 months ago? You just gave me a refund then. Was it because you knew you didnt ship it? Or did you ever really have it? And as for this purchase...? You NEVER shipped it so IT isnt gonna make it to me! Oh and it was really only $16 What can I do? You want your money back, and I obliged. That's right, I just love to lose money and make myself look bad! It's the perfect plan. Okay, now I get to ask a question. Why did you make this thread, knowing full well I would pay you back when I said I would, based on my past history?
  4. The fact remains is that you left him hanging for an unspecified amount of time (months maybe) before you decided to make things right. I asked you to wait until Friday to see if your games showed up and I would refund your money, but you went ahead and made this thread, pubicly calling me a scammer. Which sounds worse here? Have I ever given you reason to distrust me? When you wanted your money back the last time, I agreed and paid you back within a few days. I normally don't mail out things with tracking unless the person specifically asks beforehand. I don't see the reason for tracking with two games totalling $17 shipped. I'll refund your money later today or tomorrow. Have a nice day.
  5. I'm not planning on any more rants. I'm done. The mods can lock this thread or ban me for being a "scammer". No $17 is worth the frustration and stress this has caused me this week.
  6. Where is my money...? and how did you lose an item if you never sent it? Two of them now that youve lost..man I feel for you! Explain your lies to me ! You know, I was going to apologize for that message this afternoon. I wrote it in anger and frustration about this whole situation, but now, I'll stand by it. Every word. I sent you a message on Monday that I would refund your money without a problem if you didn't receive the game by Friday (today). I don't see why you had to make this public, considering I've always been in contact with you and the last time I refunded your money without a problem. I still don't have the game or the money to show for it. I don't control the postal system; I mail them at the post office and hope for the best, like everyone else. You're calling me a scammer? Why are you banned on NintendoAge again? Because you scammed a person for more than $200 when your trade when sour. And you're posting there under an assumed name now. If I had connected the dots between your name on NA and your name on AtariAge sooner, I wouldn't have bothered dealing with you. Even if I had never heard of you, I wouldn't deal with you, seeing as you like to call out people publically over nothing at all, post other people's personal messages, outright lie and try to be an internet champion/vigilante when you yourself have been called out elsewhere. I hope I never have to see or deal with you again, ever. Concerning, Fibrofreak, it was a pending deal on GameTZ. Nothing to do with this forum. I was supposed to mail a game to her and she would pay me for it. No money has been exchanged at this point. Thank you for your time.
  7. That's how I roll. I usually only put in a serious bid toward the end of the auction. $27.50
  8. Finished a sale with atarigal. Couldn't have went better, she's a very friendly person to do business with. Thanks!
  9. Well, what I meant was in the context of Ian's post. It is my strong suspicion that a person savvy enough to go to estate sales and purchase books, is literate enough to know the difference between Qubes and regular Q*bert. No? Next comes intuition... since it's so easy for noobs to get all sorts of info in a couple of days, wouldn't it stand to reason they'd have already gotten all of the info on value that they needed within that time and proceed directly to eBay? Assuming any of these events actually happened. Personally, I believe this thread reeks and we've all, once again, taken the bait and have established users fighting over nonsense. On the flipside to all of this... ironic how a brand new poster, with no reputation or pics with a poorly formatted post, is being taken seriously. People here have given him the benefit of the doubt and even supplied opinions as to its value - sight unseen. WHILE... a long time poster may post a sale thread here, with pics, prices or offers accepted and he either gets ignored, lambasted or low-balled. For as many "new" users that might be turned off, think about all of those that have already left that have been here for years over silly shenanigans such as this. I'm not so jaded yet to not give a person the benefit of a doubt first.
  10. If you wanted to separate them out there are a few that I'm interested in too.
  11. New items for sale. Thanks.
  12. Some rough prices, I haven't kept myself in the loop regarding prices for the most part: Raiden, $20-25 Aero Blaster, $10 Bomberman, $10 Jackie Chan, $5 Legendary Axe, $5 Dungeon Explorer, $5 Air Zonk, $20 (loose), $50-60 (complete) Blazing Lasers, $15 Bloody Wolf, $10 Devil's Crush, $10 Final Twin, $10 Galaga '90, $10-15 Neutopia, $10 Ninja Spirit, $10 Pac-Land, $5 Parasol Stars, $25-30 R-type, $10-15 Side Arms, $10 Soldier Blade, $20 (loose), $60-70 (complete) Splatterhouse, $15-20 Super Star Soldier, $15
  13. If you don't get your price, just threaten to kill a kitten. . . No wait, forget I said "threaten to" Err... Well this is awkward... I actually use the dead cats for packing material already (this is why my shipping is so high) Their fur ensures the item arrives with nary a scratch than when it left the post office.
  14. Be interesting to see how this plays out. $80 shipping when we all know it'll be $30 or less. Buyer may end up getting pissed about that, whether he read the guys shipping disclaimer or not. Yeah, dealing with this guy sounds like it's way more trouble than it's worth.
