About Me

My main interests console wise are the late 80's/early 90's consoles as these are the consoles I was brought up on! Atari 2600 Jr. was my first console as a kid, then I worked through various generations of Nintendo. I never had a Sega but always loved them (Master System and Mega Drive). I've just started my retro collection, so it's tiny!

Current consoles owned:
- NES (PAL-1)
- SMS (PAL-2)
- SMD (PAL-1)
- SMD (PAL-2)
- Dreamcast (PAL)

Next on my "to buy" list is a 2600. I'll probably just get a Jr. to start with so I can start playing games and reliving memories (did anybody ever figure out how to get past the witch in Indiana Jones?!). I'm also on the lookout for a reasonably priced NES-2, and I'll snap up a SNES when I see one in good condition for a decent price.

Apart from retro gaming, I'm a keen photographer (though not a particularly good one!) and hobbyist programmer. I have tried (and failed) many times to get my head around anything more than basic electronics.
