Wanted: Intellivision power ribbon cable
Sun Feb 5, 2012 11:21 PM
Anyone have the power supply ribbon cable for an original Intellivision? I'm thinking of fixing up my Super Video Arcade and the original ribbon cable is shot. Just to clarify, this is the ribbon cable that connects the motherboard to the PSU board.
Anyone having problems editing PMs?
Wed Jan 18, 2012 2:04 PM
For whatever reason today I'm having loads of issues with PMs. I can't paste anything and when I try to add an attachment to my post, it doesn't show up. I've never had this problem before and I was curious if anyone else was having the same problem.
Interest Check: Amiga 1010 drive and MIDI Gold 500 interface
Sun Nov 20, 2011 1:23 AM
I wound up getting an Amiga 500 for $20 today, which included, among other things, an Amiga 1010 external floppy drive and a Golden Hawk MIDI Gold 500 interface (also for the Amiga). I don't have any real need for these, so I was wondering if anyone here would be interested.
Anyone out there have a loose Intellivision II?
Wed Aug 10, 2011 9:48 PM
Long story short, my Sears Super Video Arcade bit the dust after the power ribbon cable inside fell apart (and the replacement wires I used failed), and I'm in need of another Intellivision. I was in the midst of AV modding my SVA, and working on it was a real PITA so I'd like to go for an Intellivision II this time. I don't need cables, games or even controllers, just the INTV II itself.
Question about Super Video Arcade RF shielding
Tue Aug 9, 2011 11:09 PM
I plan on doing an AV mod to my Super Video Arcade tomorrow, and I'm curious about the RF shielding. Would removing the shields completely compromise the physical stability of the motherboard or is it OK to leave them out? I'm going to have to remove them in order to perform the mod and I know it's going to be a royal PITA to solder them back on.
