How do you sell video game lots on Ebay?

Mon Feb 6, 2012 8:54 AM

OK, I just listed a lot of Atari 2600 games. I get the you're in violation because you did not use the Ebay product listing. I tried to edit it, by using a product listing of one of the games, but if I do that the freaking game appears as the first picture, and I can't remove that picture. I plan on selling multiple video game items in the near future, and would like to know how to get around this insane Ebay policy.

Who wants to be the new registry list updater?

Tue Oct 11, 2011 9:31 PM

OK, I can't stand it anymore, I have done a horrible job in the past year updating who has what in regards to rarity 10 games. I think it is time for a new person to take over my complete incompetance in this matter. So make a post here on why you think you should be the next registry rarity 10 list person. The best one will be able to take over my "unofficial" position, and start cleaning things up.

Broken joystick, broken button, still flipped DK3 on hardest settings!

Wed Jul 27, 2011 10:44 PM

Because the button was screwed up, this was not a high score by any stretch of the imagination, but because of the broken spray button it does bring out some unintentional comedy, and inspired game play from me. So if you have an hour, and 15 minutes to spare, go check it out. :)

OK, trying to clear even more space. This time I am selling my Canadian Odyssey 2 boxed system with french, and english owner manuals. I also have lowered everything else that did not sell 10 more percent.

I got a listing violation for selling Donkey Kong Junior?

Mon Jun 20, 2011 11:20 PM

Okay, this is one of the more surreal moments. I got a message from Ebay saying I got a listing violation for selling Donkey Kong Junior on the Atari 2600 because the product does not match their catalog or some kind of garbage like that. Could someone really be dumb enough to not figure out that yes, indeed that Donkey Kong Junior was on the Atari 2600.

Here is the message. I about fell over when I saw this. Apparently they force you to use their catalog

I think I figured it out. They are upset because I actually used the proper title. I called the game Donkey Kong Junior instead of Donkey Kong Jr. They only have the wrong name listed Donkey Kong Jr.
