The 2012 Atari 2600 collector Hall of Fame vote

Sun May 13, 2012 7:30 AM

Okay, I have been slack again this year in getting this started. It was only when someone asked me about it that I decided to act up on it. So for those new to the process here is how it works. You are allowed up to 10 choices for the collector Hall of Fame. Anyone person with over 75 percent of the vote will be inducted. If no one gets 75 percent of the vote, than the person with the most votes will become inducted. If we have a tie, than the person who reached that total of votes first will be inducted. I would also encourage anyone to take a gander at Show Us Your Collection forum to get a good idea of who to vote for.

Here are the list of former inductees.

Marco 2006

CPUWIZ 2007

Rick Weis 2008

Iwan-Iwanowitsh-goratshin 2009

Wonder007 2010

Marc Oberhauser 2011

Fielding teams for the 2012 Atari 2600 Summer Olympic games

Mon Feb 20, 2012 11:07 AM

I decided to bring this out early. We will be having the Atari 2600 Oylmpic games during the same time as the Summer Olympics. It's a few months away, but I decided to start this early since last time I did this not many did get into it because I started up the process a week or two before the Olympics. I have some 1984 Olympic Pins that I will give away to the winning team, and best player of the Olympics as incentive.

How do you sell video game lots on Ebay?

Mon Feb 6, 2012 8:54 AM

OK, I just listed a lot of Atari 2600 games. I get the you're in violation because you did not use the Ebay product listing. I tried to edit it, by using a product listing of one of the games, but if I do that the freaking game appears as the first picture, and I can't remove that picture. I plan on selling multiple video game items in the near future, and would like to know how to get around this insane Ebay policy.

Who wants to be the new registry list updater?

Tue Oct 11, 2011 9:31 PM

OK, I can't stand it anymore, I have done a horrible job in the past year updating who has what in regards to rarity 10 games. I think it is time for a new person to take over my complete incompetance in this matter. So make a post here on why you think you should be the next registry rarity 10 list person. The best one will be able to take over my "unofficial" position, and start cleaning things up.
