Dark Chambers Maps
Posted 1 Nov 2009
I can't say I noticed it when I'd play it normally, but it would seem that the monster generators (blue potions and skulls etc) are a bit random. Their position stays the same between games but what was a skull in one game might be a potion in another. On the other hand, monster positions seem to vary somewhat. For instance in some games in level A, in the locked exit room, sometimes there'd be one monster, other times two!
What I'm trying to say is... what's on the map might not be 100% accurate with what you encounter!

Water Ski maps
Posted 6 Oct 2009
Ok, in a thread by themselves where they belong for easy finding. (Hopefully.)
Levels 1 and 2 are attached. I'll try to get level 3 done by the weekend. I'm assuming this game only has 3 levels similar to Tank Command. Also included are save states for the beginning of levels 2 and 3. You'll notice level 3 looks drastically different from the first two.
The save states are for use with ProSystem naturally.

Bankswitching from the Hardware side
Posted 29 Sep 2009
Does anyone have any tutorials or diagrams etc of how some basic bankswitching works on atari cartridges? Was going to tinker with it in the future, but always find it helpful to have examples to learn from at first to get the hang of things. -
Tank Command maps

Starting a separate thread to toss these maps so it's all together.
I notice that there's no real split between levels, you just hear a little bell and you continue on. This means the start/ends of the maps will be "give or take" a few pixels.
Just so I can gauge my progress, how many levels are in the game?

I'm bored again. Any recommendations for the next 7800 game to map out?
