Pirate Special Edition?

What is the difference between the Pirate found on the Phantom II/Pirate cart and the "Pirate Special Edition" ROM?
Is it expanded or with different enemies?

Am I correct that Rom Collector's Collection is the most complete 1977-1992 collection there is? Does it have every released game and known prototype except the rare oddball like Red Sea Crossing? How many known games are NOT included in this collection?

Lilly Adventure (weird Bobby Goes Home In Drag. first time playing this)

When you run Stella do you prefer to have the TV Effects on to simulate a CRT Television or leave them off for the clarity of LCD?

But you would think with the number of games programmed over the years there would be a Gilligan's Island 2600 game.

In the first screen Gilligan could try to eat Coconut Cream Pies as fast as MaryAnne can cook them and maybe in the second he could dodge Headhunter arrows or throw bananas at a native.
