Coleco looking for Indie dev's?

I found this, might be old news but still interesting. It looks like they are developing for the iPad and other devices that can run games but are not necessarily gaming platforms.

CX10 with a CX40 board inside
Fri Oct 14, 2011 1:12 AM
So I got myself an actual CX-10 joystick, a lucky break but the cable is messed up and the down and fire don't work.
I order a CX-10 board, adn got sent a CX-40 board instead. I can gt it to work, but the cable channel (a bit of the mold of the case for the base) is forcing me to cut off a bit of the board so it will fit.
No biggie, this is not an original board but an aftermarket one, not rare at all (since the CX-40 is about the most common joystick on this planet) so that's what I'll do, and make it work in the CX-10 shell.
Though the board does say Atari on it, I'm sure if I make an order from some PCB maker I can have Atari put on it, too.
So it's time to break out the box of broken sticks I have and get a good cable for it and I'll have a modded CX-10 (easily reverted back if I ever do find a real board).
Just reporting, thought it was pretty interesting so had to share.

repair kit for a CX10 joystick?
Sun Oct 2, 2011 4:40 PM
I lucked out on a trade (so this is also kind of a haul) and there is one CX10 joystick here, that won't go down or fire.
I can't remember if the repair kit for the later sticks will work for this one, or does it need its own special kit? I'd love to get this thing on the road.
It got took apart, so I am sure it's a CX10 and not a later one, microswitches make a loud click and everything.

I just noticed this on their homepage:
Looking for a Non Atari Classic / Vintage older Video Game system, Classic game Cartridge / Game CD / Tape, Hand Held, Repairs or Current State of the Art Game Systems Support. Check out this suggested Web Site.

Just passing it along, as this is news to me.
