Venezuela?

Why were a whole bunch of late 2600 carts found in Venezuela of all places? Was there an Atari factory down there or something?

One system I haven't gotten completely "in" was the Sega Dreamcast. So I've decided to sell this (unmodded) one. Everything works great, but if you want I might be able to get a better controller on Friday. Seems the D-Pad doesn't work quite right! So in all, you'd get this:

unmodded Dreamcast with white yellow and red cables and A/C hookup
a controller
memory card

seven games:
Sonic Adventure
Namco Museum
Sega Rally 2
Ms. Pac-Man: Maze Madness
Rayman 2
Midway vol. 1
Hydro Thunder

All this for $75. I'll probably eat the shipping costs, but that's OK. PM me if interested, and if you PM me before Monday, I might be able to ship it Monday. Friday if you don't care about the small controller issues. I'll only ship within the US. Thanks for looking.

Assembly question

How does one do "if a>#07eh" in assembly? Right now I've got this:
    movx a,@r0
    add a,#07eh        ; check right boundary
    jnz loop_2b
Which I'm guessing only checks to see if the sprite is at (and only at) #07eh, but I'd like to check for greater numbers than #07eh as the game progresses and the sprites move faster.
