Storage Tips - Hardware

Hardware falls into several categories:  Loose hardware, Boxed hardware and of course, all the cables and power supplies associated with hardware.

The pictures below show several storage shelves that we purchased at The Home Depot for $40 each.  They come as a set of five shelves that you have to first assemble.  They are made from a sturdy, PVC plastic that will probably survive much longer than the planet.  :)  In addition, they're modular and can be configured several different ways.

Boxed Hardware

Here's a picture of boxed hardware.  We have boxed hardware stashed all over the place, but don't really think anyone needs any hints on how to store boxes!

Atari Power Supplies

With lots of hardware comes lots of power supplies and cables. Here's another use for those Sterilite plastic containers.  They come in several sizes and can be found at Wal-Mart pretty inexpensively.  Here's a box of Atari computer power supplies, which we have to someday go through and label.
