Cat and Leo, two young and brave siblings, were playing in an enchanted forest near an abandoned castle, when they fell into a trap made by the Melee-Bat to capture our heroes and trap them in the castle for all eternity!

Now they need your help to escape the castle as they face various challenges, but not before defeating the mighty Melee-Bat and his gang of outlaws!

How to Play

When you start a new game, you must choose to play as either Cat or Leo. Once in the castle, use your joystick controller to move throughout the castle, including climbing stairs, entering doors, and pulling or pushing levers you may encounter along the way. Press the fire button to jump. You can open your inventory by pressing the SELECT switch on your console.

You must explore the castle, utilizing various objects along the way to aid you as you explore the castle, while also being careful being careful to avoid enemies who want to thwart your attempts to escape! Before you can escape, you must ultimately defeat the Melee-Bat!

Our boxes are professionally printed and include a box insert to hold your Escape from the Castle cartridge in place. We want you to play our games, so we have not sealed or shrinkwrapped the boxes in any way, allowing you easy access to the game cartridge and manual.

These boxes are the same size as boxes Atari produced for their games "back in the day". They look great sitting on a shelf with your other boxed homebrew games, or alongside games from the classic Atari 2600 library. We only have a limited number of boxes for each game, and there is no guarantee they will become available again once our supplies are exhausted.

Included with Escape from the Castle is the game cartridge and full-color 8-page manual. You can optionally purchase a professionally printed box (see above). Escape from the Castle is only available in the NTSC television format.
