|Atari produced Lynx manuals in several styles. The earliest Lynx games had fold-out style manuals, not unlike many of Atari's 7800 manuals. When opened, these were similar in appearance to Atari 7800 manuals, and were printed in two color (black and red, on white). Most games, however, were delivered with a typical booklet instruction manual, printed in black & white. Most of these later manuals are multi-lingual, not unlike what Atari also did later with the Jaguar. In addition to booklet manuals, several Lynx games came with full-color poster-style manuals. One side of these posters contains a large rendition of the box artwork and the opposite side contains the game's instructions.
At present we do not have manual scans for Lynx games online, but we will be putting them online as time allows. We also are looking for more HTML/ASCII versions of Lynx manuals. If you'd like to contribute Lynx manuals and make this archive more complete, please drop us a line.
